Shipping Policy

At SheChe Naturals LLC, we take pride in carefully preparing and shipping your handcrafted natural skincare products. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

 

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We currently ship using USPS and/or other reliable carriers.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SheChe Naturals LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

SheChe Naturals LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. SheChe Naturals LLC is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
